We collect information for our clients from various sources - deed research, parole testimony, existing maps, etc.  Field measurements are then taken to determine existing field conditions.  This combination of information is then processed and evaluated with our computer software.  During the evaluation process, property corners are established and maps are produced.  We then return to the field to set permanent monuments at all property corners, produce final plats with surveyor's descriptions.
